We offer a full refund on all online purchases returned in the condition in which they were sold within 30 days of receipt. Please note, we do not offer exchanges.

We offer a full refund on all online purchases ONLY IF THERE IS ANY DAMAGE ON THE PRODUCT returned in the condition in which they were sold within 7 days of receipt. We do not offer exchanges.

  • You should return your items via a secure and insured delivery service (such as Fardar or Koombiyo).
  • The item must not have been used and should be in its original condition as purchased, including all packaging with original tags and labels attached.
  • A proof of signature is required to confirm receipt.
  • We recommend you keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed.
  • Please note that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are usually processed within 24 hours of receipt. However, please note that during our seasonal sales and periods of promotional activity, processing may take longer.

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.


Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.
